Delivery Information

All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of orders beings placed.

Estimated delivery time:

Major cities:  Between 1-5 days after purchase.
Regional and Rural areas: Between 5-14 business days after purchase.
Very remote areas: If you are sending a your order to a remote part of Australia, Australia Post is the only option. This can take 8-15 days delivery.

Returns FAQs

Returning an Item?

If we've sent you a product which has arrived broken or is faulty we will happily exchange it and pay postage costs for returning the item. Simply notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
You will need to return the broken or faulty products via Australia post. Please ensure that the goods are in their original packaging and have not been used. Return standard postage costs can only be approved with prior written agreement from Squirrel Pack. Approval will be via email. Please ensure you check your 'Junk' folder of your email as sometimes our emails head there instead.
Once we have received the products we will confirm the receipt, organise the exchange and send the new products back to you. 


When do the items need to be returned by?

Once Squirrel Pack has confirmed your wish to return your items, you will have 7 business days from this email to send the items back.

Can I exchange a product if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept a change of mind. Make sure you are happy with your order before purchase. 

Costs for returns and original shipping refund?

The original shipping rates will not be refunded if a product is broken or faulty. We will, however, happily exchange the products and pay for the new products to be posted back to you. Once we receive the returning products, we will notify you and reimburse the postage funds that you organised when sending the faulty items back to us (to a maximum value of the current Australia Post standard postage rates).

A refund of any postage costs to you will be deposited into your account. Depending on your bank, refunds take up to 14 business days for the funds to be returned into your account (only usually take 1-2 days).

Can I get a credit for my returns?

There will be no credit offered for your return, as stated above only exchanges of faulty or broken products are accepted.

Do items need to be in original packaging for returns?

Yes, please ensure that any items that come in a package are returned in their original packaging.
